1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Greater Than Servicesservice ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Greater Than Servicesprovides automated 3-pillar audit reports for websites, covering Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Agentic Search Optimization (ASO). Reports are generated based on publicly available information from the URL you submit. The Service is provided "as-is" for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional consulting advice.

3. Pricing & Payments

Greater Than Services offers the following paid services:

• Single Report ($4.99): One-time payment to unlock a full audit report. You retain lifetime access to that specific audit.
• Pro Subscription ($199/month): 50 audits per month (up to 10 white-labeled), dashboard and audit history, priority support. Billed monthly. Cancellable anytime.
• Agency Subscription ($399/month): 150 audits per month, all white-labeled PDF reports, API access, batch audit (up to 5 sites at once), webhook integrations, priority support. Billed monthly. Cancellable anytime.

Recharge packs: If you exhaust your monthly audit quota before your billing period ends, you can purchase additional audit credits. Pro subscribers can recharge with a 50-audit pack ($169, 15% off $199). Agency subscribers can recharge with a 150-audit pack ($319, 20% off $399). Discounts apply within the first 30 days of your subscription only.

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely via Dodo Payments (our Merchant of Record), who handles tax calculation, currency conversion, and compliance for your jurisdiction. The final amount charged may include applicable taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax) based on your billing country.

International cards and UPI are accepted. All sales are final after report delivery. See our Fair Use Policy for details on exceptional refund circumstances.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Only submit URLs of websites you own or have explicit permission to audit.
• Provide a valid, monitored email address for report delivery.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of reports without proper attribution (white-labeled reports may be presented under your brand as permitted by your plan).
• Not share API keys with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activity under your API keys.

5. API Usage

API access is available to Agency subscribers. By using the API, you agree to:

• Authenticate all requests with a valid API key issued to your account.
• Respect rate limits (20 audits per hour, monthly quota per your plan).
• Not use the API to build a competing service or resell raw API access to third parties.
• Keep your API keys confidential. Compromised keys should be revoked immediately from your dashboard.

We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse, excessive load, or violation of these terms.

6. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect the URL and email address you submit solely to generate and deliver your audit report. We do not sell your information to third parties. Submitted URLs may be temporarily cached for performance. You may request deletion of your data by contacting contact@greaterthanservices.com. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, scoring methodology, and software within the Service are the intellectual property of Greater Than Services and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without prior written permission. Reports generated for you remain your property to use internally or with clients, subject to our attribution guidelines.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that audit recommendations will result in increased conversions, revenue, or specific business outcomes. Implementation of recommendations is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greater Than Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, business interruption, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Service relies on third-party APIs (such as scraping, AI providers, payment processors, and email delivery) to generate and deliver audit reports. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data handling practices of these third parties. By using our Service, you acknowledge that these dependencies exist and may occasionally cause delays or failures.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for any user found in violation of these terms or engaging in abusive behavior. You may terminate your account anytime by contacting us. Subscription terminations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, through appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction where Greater Than Services is registered. Greater Than Services is a product of Velcro Ventures (OPC) Pvt Ltd., incorporated in India.
