• Account information: If you sign up, your email, name, and profile picture (if provided via Google sign-in).
• Payment information: Processed entirely by Razorpay (our payment gateway). We never store your card or bank details.
• Audit data: The HTML content of websites you audit, used solely to generate the report.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate and deliver your audit reports
• To send you account notifications and report links
• To process payments (via Razorpay)
• To improve our scoring algorithms (in aggregate)
• To respond to support inquiries

We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

• Clerk — authentication
• Supabase — database hosting
• Razorpay — payment processing
• Resend — email delivery
• ScrapingBee — fetching public website HTML
• Anthropic Claude — AI analysis (your data is not used to train their models)
• Vercel — hosting

4. Data Retention

We retain audit reports for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data by emailing contact@greaterthanservices.com. Anonymous audits (without an account) are kept for 12 months.

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your audit data
• Opt out of marketing communications

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (via Clerk). We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising. We may use first-party analytics cookies (Vercel Analytics) to understand site usage in aggregate.

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Payment data is handled by Razorpay (PCI DSS compliant). Authentication tokens are stored securely by Clerk.

8. Children's Privacy

Greater Than Services is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of Greater Than Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
