Because we provide a free preview, all paid purchases of audit reports, Pro subscriptions, and Agency subscriptions are final and non-refundable once delivered. Exceptions We Honor

While we don't offer general refunds, we will issue a full refund in these specific circumstances:

Technical failure: If our system fails to deliver your report due to an outage or bug on our end and we cannot regenerate it.
Duplicate charge: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same audit.
Unauthorized payment: If your payment method was used without your authorization (subject to verification).

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your Pro ($29/month) or Agency ($99/month) subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. You will not be charged again after cancellation. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

Chargebacks

We'd much rather resolve any concern directly than have you dispute through your bank. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended and future purchases blocked.
