Do I need a subscription to run an audit?
No. A single audit costs $4.99 as a one-time payment. You get a free preview instantly, no signup or credit card required. Subscriptions are for teams and agencies who need to run audits regularly.
What happens if I run out of audits on my plan?
You can purchase a recharge pack to add more audits to your current billing period. Pro subscribers can recharge with a 50-audit pack, and Agency subscribers with a 150-audit pack. Within your first 30 days, recharge packs are available at a discount.
What is white-labeling?
White-labeled reports replace our branding with yours. Your logo, company name, brand colors, and contact info on every page of the PDF. Pro plans include up to 10 white-labeled reports per month. Agency plans include unlimited white-labeling.
Can I track my own buyer questions? (Custom prompts)
Yes. On Pro and Agency you can write your own buyer questions and we run each across all four AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude), showing which ones name your site. Pro includes 5 free custom prompts each month, Agency 15. They reset every billing period. Need more? Buy credit bundles that never expire: 25 for $24.99, 50 for $39.99, 100 for $74.99, or 200 for $129.99 (as low as $0.65 per prompt).
What is weekly monitoring and AI-visibility tracking?
On Pro and Agency plans, you can add sites to weekly monitoring (5 sites on Pro, 20 on Agency). Each week we re-check your audit score and your AI visibility. We ask AI assistants real buyer questions and track whether your site is named in the answer, then email you only when something meaningfully changes. It's how you catch a regression from a site update, or prove your AI search optimization is working over time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime by emailing us. You keep access until your billing period ends and won't be charged again.
