# Greater Than Services Full LLM Corpus > Greater Than Services (greaterthanservices.com) is an AI search optimization platform. It tracks whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews name your brand when buyers ask, measures your Google rank beside it, and gives you the changes that close the gap. ## What we do You create a brand workspace. Every week it does four things: - Asks the AI engines real buyer questions from your category, live and with web search, and records whether each answer names your site, cites it as a source, or names a competitor instead - Checks your Google position for keywords you choose - Re-reads the pages you nominate and scores them on the signals assistants rely on: structured data, semantic HTML, direct-answer formatting, freshness - Turns the gaps into a ranked list of changes, with copy-paste code where there is code to give Because it runs weekly you get a trend rather than a reading. One check tells you where you stand; ten tell you whether the work is paying off. Assistants disagree with each other constantly and change their answers week to week, which is precisely why a single measurement is worth so little. ## Key features - AI visibility measured across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews, per engine and per question - Google rank tracking on keywords you choose, weekly - Google Search Console integration on Growth and Agency, so real clicks, impressions and positions sit beside the AI numbers - Tracked pages, re-read weekly and scored, with the exact JSON-LD or markup to fix what is missing - Competitor share of voice: which rivals get named instead of you, and which sources the engines drew on - Weekly email report, with a PDF that carries your own branding on the Agency plan - White-labelled reports, team seats and a REST API on the Agency plan ## Who it's for Marketing agencies managing several client brands, SaaS founders, ecommerce and local businesses: anyone who needs to know whether AI assistants recommend them, and what to change when they do not. Agencies run up to ten brand workspaces and present every report under their own name. ## Common questions - Why is my website not on ChatGPT? Assistants build answers from pages they can parse, verify and quote. A site missing structured data, a plain answer under each heading, real dates, or crawler access gets skipped, however well it ranks. - How do I get my website recommended by AI? Make pages easy to read, verify and quote, then measure it weekly. Assistants disagree with each other, so being named by one says nothing about the rest. - My site ranks on Google but not on AI search. Why? They are different systems. Google AI Overviews draw on Google's own rankings, but ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude do not, so a first-place ranking guarantees nothing there. - What is AI search optimization? Making a website readable and citable by AI assistants so it is named when someone asks a buying question in its category. Also called GEO, or Generative Engine Optimization. - How do I know if AI actually recommends me? We ask the engines your buyer questions every week and record whether your site was named or cited, per engine and per question, alongside the competitors named instead. - Do you track Google as well as AI? Yes. Every workspace tracks Google positions for your keywords, and Growth and Agency can connect Search Console for real click and impression data. ## Pricing Rates below are billed yearly. Monthly billing costs more and the monthly figure is shown on the pricing page. New accounts start on a three-day trial with one brand and a reduced question allowance; a payment method is required to begin it, and it can be cancelled from the console before it charges. - Starter, $49/month: one brand workspace, 10 tracked questions a week on ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews, 5 competitors, 10 tracked pages, 25 rank-tracked keywords, exports and the weekly email - Growth, $99/month: three brand workspaces, 15 tracked questions a week per brand across all five engines, 50 tracked pages, 100 keywords, Google Search Console integration, 10 team seats - Agency, $299/month: ten brand workspaces, 25 tracked questions a week per brand, 200 tracked pages, 250 keywords, 25 team seats, white-labelled reports and API access ## Original research We publish original measurements of which sources AI assistants cite. Each study asks four assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) the same set of real buyer questions in one industry, live with web search, and records every source each assistant read. Method: the same questions go to all four assistants in the same window. We record the websites each one read, not just the businesses it named, so the overlap between assistants is measurable. Per-industry data is published as CSV under a CC-BY 4.0 licence, free to reuse with attribution. Published studies: - [We Asked Four AI Assistants Which Designer to Hire.
